TOURNAMENT CANCELLED
March 16, 2024
Dear Participants,
It is with deep regret that we must inform you of a decision that was not made lightly. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, we have not received enough registrations to confidently proceed with proper divisions for a competitive tournament that would offer a great experience for all participants. Therefore, we regret to announce the cancellation of this year's Hard Rock Stone Works Invitational.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or disappointment this may cause to you and your teams. We understand the time, effort, and anticipation that go into preparing for such events, and we share your disappointment in having to cancel.
In an effort to mitigate any inconvenience caused, we will be processing full refunds for all paid entry fees over the next couple of weeks.
Anyone who paid via credit card will see a refund on their card, but please allow 7-10 days for processing.
For those who paid with a check, please reach out to Lisa Chunn at lisachunn815@gmail.com with your team name, application number, name of who check needs to be made out and mailing address for issuing your refund.
We genuinely feel for the teams affected by this decision, but ultimately, we believe it is in the best interest of everyone involved. While we understand that this news may be disappointing, we want to assist you in finding alternative opportunities to participate in tournaments during the same or similar weekends.
After conducting thorough research, we have identified two tournaments that we believe could serve as excellent replacements:
Smartwater Invitational in Brighton, MI- scheduled for May 3-5
Jaguars Invitational in Wixom, M-, scheduled for May 10-12
We hope that you will consider participating in one of these events and that they will provide you with a positive and rewarding experience.
Once again, we extend our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused by the cancellation of our tournament. We appreciate your understanding and support.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us at tournament director information.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
Sincerely,
Dan Chunn
